Hey, I’m trying to start a internet company that can be fun and interesting for web surfers. The problems I have too many ideals to think of and I now I don’t know what to do. I want to make a football blogging website for football sports lovers like me, but I feel like I need to find source from other website to make my website standout but I don’t want to do that. I want to make it legit! And I also want to make a website sorta like myspace and twitter but since twitter having a great success now and myspace growing incriedable strong of population? I’m not sure of whatever I such make. I want to make a website that can make revenue. Can you please help me?

I have my home business that I sell multicultural toys for children. I offer parents a 5% discount each time they make a purchase, plus if they join the mailing list they get emails of 12 hour sales, 24 hour sales. I have launched a few of my own created contests and out of 100 people only 8 people responded. I created a facebook group to which 100 people joined but no one has made any purchases. I am getting frustrated. Because we are an online store (www.DollsLikeMe.com). I am getting frustrated. I advertised on Craigslist/Kijiji. I posted on twitter/Myspace. What am I doing wrong? I was told to make a video on Youtube and that would help to promote traffic to the website much less sales. What can I do?

Hi, im doing a business card for an audio production studio, I want to put the facebook, myspace and twitter logos on there becuase I have pages on those sites, I want to put the logo on the business cards but cant find them.

Can someone give me a link to those logos? and not the large logos the tiny ones you have on blogs etc.

Social networking sites such as Facebook, twitter and MySpace have made quite an impact on the business world in the past few years. Not only are they a way to communicate, they also are tools with which to promote your business. As a small business owner, would you hire a consultant to manage your presence on social networking sites? Responsibilities would include updating daily statuses (menu specials, sales, promotions, greetings, etc.), passing along feedback and questions to the owner, relaying information and answers back, posting pictures, video and advertisements, editing and monitoring the sites’ content and general marketing and public relations for the business.
My target business would be one of 1-4 employees, with no professional IT, PR or marketing person…perhaps a business run by the older generation, someone who doesn’t know computers and doesn’t want to but doesn’t want to miss out on that marketing canvas…someone who might know how to use the tool but doesn’t have time to spend on it…Jessica – I actually am a fan of or like many businesses and franchises on FB, and I purposefully make their posts more available to me on my feed so I can see daily specials, sales, discounts, contests, freebies, etc.!
