I have a Business that is registered and i decided to make a Facebook and twitter page… Only problem is someone has my name for both! I know this person does not have her business registered so can i complain to facebook/twitter or will i be wasting my time..?

If it’s taken it’s taken :L you could always add something to the end of the word and as for twitter be creative! You can change twitter usernames so if u don’t like it u can change it !
you could always add numbers and stuff so just be fun, if it’s a serous business maybe just keep the name the same on twitter and just use capital letters and stuff. If u do pick something creative for the twitter make sure to link the business website ( if u have one ) just so people know it’s not just a random twitter account and it’s for the business (: same for facebook, just be sure not to use to many numbers and stuff for fb! hope it heped! You know that this person doesn’t have the name registered in your jurisdiction.
They may have it legally registered in another country, for instance.
You can try complaining, it may work or it may not.
