I am considering starting a business in which I create and manage a social networking presence (Facebook, twitter etc…) for businesses and/or public figures who either do not have the technical knowledge or time to do it themselves. I just want to get some feedback on what people think of this idea and what I need to do to get started (I.E. what type of licenses and/or permits do I need)

Actually, all you need to do is register the business with the Sec State of your home state and get a business license. Pretty easy and should only take an hour or two of your time..:O)…
