It’s my first attempt creating a video for my MKF3881 Electronic Marketing subject at Monash University. Basically I explain the smart way of using twitter in business to generate more income from current and potential customers, mainly in promotion. An Internet Consumer Behaviour Model (Robert, 2008) was explained first and a demonstration is presented to apply the theory in real business. Bare in mind that the steps in the demonstration follows the exact steps of the theory, so do not skip the theory part! =) Finally, there were some examples of companies/brands that are using twitter to enhance the brands.
