hello everyone,

I am studying master of Information System in Sweden. and i have some course called Business Intelligence through this course i have a project to design a corporate performance management system, a dashboard used for the CEO of twitter, therefore I need your help for the following question.
for more detailed,is how to design a cooperate managment system used by the CEO of Twiiter wich show the flow of information from both Internal system (Ex Costumer care,human resources….) and external system (ex. blogs,forums ,online reviews….).

i hope that you can share your ideas and thoughts with me.
