Like instead of typing what im doing on twitter and them typing what I said on twitter on my website, how would I be able to have it automatically update. Like if I type "working on my website" on twitter it will put that on my website. I hope you understand what i want. thanks

Go to twitter.com.
Click on "goodies" at the bottom.
On the left, click on "widgets" and select the object you are looking for, and it will explain how to embed it in your site.
